Call for Online Software / Website

SHEILD NGO is requesting an Online Software / Website as follows:

• The questionnaire that needed to be converted into this software is composed of up to 100 questions and the users of this software are from different background so it is recommended to be user-friendly and has the flexibility to edit, add, delete data with a restriction limited for admins.
• The software has to be created respecting all confidentiality and secrecy since the data is sensitive and confidential.
• Database of beneficiaries to collect Data from Questionnaires (more than 100 rows).
• Questionnaire form to be filled online from Staff (Users) to be added to database, the form contains text, numbers, date, drop down, select, etc.….
• To extract data as document Able to be printed in Excel form and word form (Each row with its information).
• Domain name and Hosting (Private/Dedicated Server, Unlimited databases and Unlimited space)
• SSL Certificate, Website Security (Unlimited Malware daily removal)
• Automatic Daily Backup (Unlimited space)
