About the job
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Update HR Tracker (Data Entry)
- Book Hotel accommodation for guests
- Filing for HR/Admin files
- DRC 2020 ID’s
- Timesheet and Payslip tracking
- Structure update
- Issue Contracts for national staff
Additional tasks might be requested to support HR/Admin
About you
To be successful in this role we expect you to a minumum Highschool degree. Moreover, we also expect the following:
Required
- Previous Data entry experience
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Gather and analyze information skillfully

We offer
Contract length: 3 months
Band/Level: Intern, 8,000 LBP transportation per day
Duty Station: Beirut
Start date: 1st of February 2020
