Experienced consultants to conduct a PSEA related investigation

Proud Lebanon is looking for experienced consultants to conduct a PSEA related investigation.

The duration of the investigation process is between January 15 and February 15, 2020.
The ideal candidates has to:     

• Not less than 5 years experience in the humanitarian response.       
• Has knowledge in conducting similar missions.       
• Has a BA in 1 of the 3 following fields of study:
• Political or/and social science (1 consultant)
• Law  (1 consultant)
• Psychology and humanitarian response (1 consultant)
• Proven previous experience in working with INGOs/UN agencies in Lebanon and/or MENA.
• The ability to work independently with flexible working hours.
• Keep understanding of the context and the response of the national NGOs sector in Lebanon.
• High sense of confidentiality and humanitarian ethics (code of conduct).

Additional skills for the researchers (2 consultants):

• Advanced researcher skills and ability to develop researcher methods/ to conduct advanced research and to submit a proof red report. 
• The researcher will ideally have a degree in social science, law or any related field.
• Experienced in SGBV and LGBTIQ+ rights.
• Advanced English skills.
