NRC: INVITATION TO TENDER - ITS INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES AND SITE IMPROVEMENT
1. TENDER PURPOSE
NRC funded by several donors is seeking to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) or to have a preferred supplier that can offer competitive prices for supply of ITS (Informal Tent Settlements) Infrastructure Facilities and Site Improvement items in the Bekaa Valley, such as:
- Sanitary items
- Building materials (cement, gravel, stone blocks...)
- Machinery services. (Excavation, Crane rental, bobcat...)
The contract will be for 24 months period.

2. TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Invitation to Tender “ITB 19-Bek-0009” documents will provide all relevant information in detail, bill of quantities, design, scope of work, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be requested by sending a letter of interest mentioning the company details and contact person to the E-mail address: [email protected]
3. TENDER PROCESS.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:
- NRC Bekaa Office: Kheir Dali Building, Ksara Main Road, Al Omara Area, Hawesh, Zahle or
- NRC Beirut Office, Finance Dept. 10th flr. Weavers Center, Clemenceau, Beirut, Lebanon.
4. CLOSING DATE
Deadline for requesting Tender Package is 16th of January 2020 at 12:00.
Deadline for bids submission is 29th of January 2020 at 13:00. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
