Interviewer– Beneficiary Satisfactory Survey - 2019 / Bekaa

• Arrange visits to the PHCCs. Conduct daily survey data collection (average of 8 to 10 interviews per day), fill assessments through a questionnaire on ODK.

• Ensure all information on each survey is accurate and complete prior input into the database and submit it on time.

• Ensure daily transfer of information to the Monitoring and Evaluation officers (i.e., including difficulties in interviewing beneficiaries, challenges faced during data collection…)

• Report immediately to MdM referent any problem arising in the service, especially the loss, robbery, damage of equipment or any staff safety issues. Comply with MdM security rules.

• Assessor teams will be supported by the Monitoring and Evaluation Officers who will plan daily movements, provide assistance as needed and monitor daily activities.

Experience:           

• Prior community outreach and/or volunteer work, especially with Syrian refugees in Lebanon, previous experience in dealing with refugees communities is mandatory.
• Experience in conducting surveys.
• Experience conducting Focus Group Discussions ia a Plus.

Competencies:

• Ability to conduct interviews
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Good communication skills and able to respect confidentiality: ability to listen carefully and identified points of interest to be elaborated.
• Conducting Focus Group Discussions.

• Flexible, ability to work with in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team, open-minded, good communication skills and willingness to travel throughout Bekaa and if required to Beirut, flexible with scheduling: work may include Saturdays. Very strong commitment toward beneficiaries.

• Resident of the Bekaa area with strong local knowledge of the area.
