War Child Holland (WCH) is an independent and impartial international non-governmental organization investing in a peaceful future for children and young people affected by armed conflict. WCH works to enable adults and empower children and young people affected by armed conflict to bring about positive and lasting changes in their lives.

Our activities seek to maximize children's and young people’s participation in both project activities and broader decision affecting their lives, in particular, those who have previously been excluded from participating in such decision-making.

As an organization, we are committed to promote, strengthen and support the meaningful participation of children and young people.

We are interested in purchasing “Tablets, Headphones & SD Cards” we request you to send us a quotation of the below-listed items and advise about the cost of delivery to Beirut – Verdun Site.

Please also indicate:

1. Whether your quotes are inclusive or exclusive of sales taxes; if not otherwise stated, we will assume your quotes are inclusive of sales taxes;
2. Delivery time from receipt of our purchase order to receipt of your shipment; this timeframe will be a condition of any purchase order made;
3. If delivery costs are included in your quotes, your prices for pick-up at our separate cost; if delivery costs are not included in your quotes, please state this otherwise we will assume they are included;
4. Your terms of payment.

All price quotations must be firm and state when they expire.

War Child Holland does not bind itself to award the quotation to the lowest quotation or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the quotation.

The deadline for submission of the quotation is Friday 04 October 2019 at 4 pm (Beirut time).
