Rehabilitation of Collective Shelter in Daraya, Rayfoun, Hrajel Sassine, Bteghrine , Santa Maria Elderly Shelter in Halat and Naameh
Tenderers have the right to submit an offer for either one or more than one lot. However, the tenderer who is pricing a lot must quote for all the sections related to this lot. Incomplete pricing of a certain lot (i.e. pricing for all its sections) or inconsistent offers will not be taken in consideration.
For the 6 lots a Mandatory visit is held on the project’s sites on the following dates:
- 17th of September 2019: Visit to sites in Daraya, Rayfoun and Hrajel
- 18h of September 2019: Visit to sites in Bteghrine and Halat
- 19th of September 2019: Visit to site in Naameh
If a tenderer will not attend these mandatory site visits, the offer submitted will be rejected during the administrative evaluation.
Intersos reserves the right to proceed with the awarding of the contract in case only one valid and compliant offer was received

Tenders must be physically submitted to Intersos Office in Beirut (to the abovementioned address) Maximum by the 1st of October, 2019 - before 12:00 PM of that day. Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.
