SHABAKE - CSO - ASSESSMENT

The subject matter of the tender is to support each of the 7 NGO partners towards improving their capacities on the organizational, managerial and technical levels, enabling them to set the foundations for achieving their full potential as leading organizations within civil society in Lebanon.

             The specific objectives of the Consultancy are the following:

• To support NGO partners in conducting a detailed self-assessment of their capacities and identifying areas for organizational improvement and capacity building needs.

• To collaborate with the NGO partners in designing their capacity building action plans (CB-APs) based on the self-assessment results.

            The self-assessment process will set the path for designing a CB-AP that each organization will adopt. The action plan should be able to clearly define the change process that will achieve the desired results in organizational improvement.
