Main Duties and responsibilities:

 

Graphic Design:

 

  • Create very creative graphic design materials/ greetings/ for the various projects of Irada
  • Create engaging material to be used on Irada Website, App, and all events.
  • Design logos, brochures, rollups, templates, program guides…

 

Social Media

  • Create Social Media posts and to engage with the various audiences online.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling stories on Social Media and YouTube Channels
  • Analyze key social media performance statistics and successes.

 

Management of Website/App

  • Lead on ensuring that Irada website is kept up-to-date and relevant.
  • Administer all tasks needed to keep Irada App updated

 

Project Management/Support

  • Assist in preparing power point or prezi presentations about Irada and its different programs.
  • Create e-newsletters
  • Manage our multimedia resources, including developing and maintaining the photo library – and to produce digital content from these resources to promote our work.

Minimum Qualifications and Required skills Essential  University degree Graphic Design  At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role  Excellent communicator with creative skills  A strong track record of effectively utilizing and developing a presence on, key social media platforms – including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.  Experience of measuring the performance of websites and digital channels,  Attention to details  Ability to organize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines  Flexibility and ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities  Fluent in English and Arabic Desirable  Ability to use video cameras and edit videos  Experience of website CMS
