Training Coordinator for ProAbled (Social work or work psychology background)
Job responsibilities:
• Outreach and interview potential candidates for the training program.
• Coordinate and implement the work readiness training program for persons with disabilities and/or financial challenges following ProAbled Academy curriculums.
• Coordinate with expert trainers in each field for providing training sessions.
• Conduct evaluation reports.
• Provide training for employers and HRs in companies on inclusion of persons with disabilities based on ProAbled curriculum for inclusion at the workplace.
• Coordinate with candidates and provide motivation and coaching during the training.
Job title: Training Coordinator Salary Range: Location: Office in Jeita, Keserwan. Trainings will be in different regions with field visits in Mount Lebanon, Beirut, North, South and Bekaa. Work schedules: Part time Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 2.00 PM) Or Full time Monday to Friday (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) Description: Under shareQ NGO (www.shareq.org) , ProAbled is a main department aiming for training and integrating into jobs persons with physical or sensorial disabilities or acute financial challenges. ProAbled.com employment online platform was launched in 2018 to enable small, medium and large companies to search, connect with and recruit candidates with physical and sensorial disabilities or acute financial challenges that were trained by shareQ and other credible NGOs. shareQ NGO is implementing the job integration program since 2012. Job responsibilities:

Job qualifications: Bachelor degree in social work or work psychology. Minimum 4 years of experience. Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus. Experience in NGOs is a plus. Good in written and spoken english and Arabic. Car is a must. Competencies: Interpersonal skills. Mission driven and social spirit. Leadership skill: Taking initiatives and problem solving. Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure.
