A mandatory site visit will be held on 26 Feb 19 at 11:00 AM, meeting point will be in Mercy Corps Office in Ras El Sarj Arsal
Bids must be submitted back in two seperate sealed envelopes to Mercy Corps Beirut Office on or before 28 Feb 19 at 4:00 PM
Only bids submitted in prescribed form will be considered
