Expression of interest for contracting an Architect/GIZ-UDP_NL

Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing the project “Local Development Programme for Deprived Urban Areas in North Lebanon (UDP_NL)” co-financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union.

The general objective of the project is to achieve social cohesion, reduce unemployment and promote youth integration in labor market and in social and cultural activities.

GIZ seeks to contract an Architect as follows:

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Elaborate the design plans of a football / sport ground.
• Elaborate  a complete permit file  to be presented to the Tripoli Municipality and Order of Engineers
• Follow up the different stages of the permit
• Elaborate technical Specifications and BOQ for future tendering process
• Supervise the realization of works

Education/Professional experience and Skills

Candidate should be a Free Lancer Architect or Body with:

• Previous experience in North Lebanon with office located in North Lebanon.
• Current Membership in the Lebanese Engineering order.
• Minimum five years experience.

Previous experience in designing sports grounds
