“Strengthening the resilience to water, sanitation and hygiene-related diseases among Lebanese host communities and refugees from Syria in the Bekaa valley” – Construction of Sewer Line in Ablah Village

Location: Ablah – Bekaa

World Vision is looking for an engineering contracting firm for the construction of a sewer line in Ablah village under the project “Strengthening the resilience to water, sanitation and hygiene-related diseases among Lebanese host communities and refugees from Syria in the Bekaa valley”  with financial assistance from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.

The purpose of this announcement is to award a contract with the engineering contracting firm.

The contract shall include but not limited to the following works:

• Supply, installation and testing of about 1.45 km of wastewater gravity pipes of diameter of 400mm
• Construct, equip and test of about 28 reinforced concrete manholes various types and dimensions.
• Provide lay and test of about 2 lateral house connections. UPVC pipes 200 mm diameter shall be used for the house connections.

Interested Contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Wednesday 31^st of January 2019 along with the requested documents.

Submission of offers will be only via online System – no hard copies are accepted.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Friday 18^th of January 2019 in the presence of WASH Engineers.
