World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon.

World Vision is seeking seeking the services of a professional Rehabilitate contractor with substantial experience in construction and rehabilitation for  a Rehabilitation Project of Safe Passages for Schools in Bekaa
For interested contractors, attached 32 BOQs for your quoting:

Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Friday 28th of December 2018 along with the below requested documents, and offers should be submitted via Provison.

An optional and not a mandatory site visit can be conducted by the Contractor if needed by himself without the presence of WV representatives  ( location and contact number of all schools are mentioned in the BOQs). 
In Case you have faced any problem regarding the visits, please refer back to WV Procurement team  who will be available for support only on 13 & 14 December 2018.

Submission of Bids:
Offers must be submitted in 3 separately sealed envelopes via Provision (divided into 3 separate files)
·    1 envelope/document containing Company Portfolio
·    1 envelope/document containing technical part of the offer
·    1 envelope/document containing financial part of the offer
Content of Administrative Packet No financial information should be included in the Technical Officer. Failure to comply may risk disqualification. The technical offer should include: 
 Company profile. 
 Classification of Contractor 
 Qualification and CV of proposed personnel 
 Copies of work completion certificates or equivalent certificates for any identical or similar projects completed within the last 5 years 

Content of Technical Packet No financial information should be included in the Technical Officer. Failure to comply may risk disqualification. The technical offer should include: 
 Detailed work schedule – work flow diagram 
 Listing of all the names of manufacturers (and, where appropriate, model numbers) of major items of goods or materials that he proposes to incorporate in the Works 
 Methodology 

Content of Financial Packet 
 The currencies for the bid and all rates in the Bills of Quantities shall be in US Dollars. 
 The Bidder shall fill in rates and prices for all items of the Works described in the Bill of Quantities. 
 Items against which no rate or price is entered by the Bidder will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities. 
 All duties, taxes (except the VAT) and other levies payable by the Bidder under the Contract, or for any other cause, as of the date of the deadline for submission of bids, shall be included in the rates and prices. On the other hand, the Grand Total Tender Price shall exclude the VAT. 
 The Employer shall have the right to request, and the Bidder shall provide a further breakdown of all unit rates and prices including a detailed breakdown of "other charges".
