communication services for an advocacy project "Baldati - Madinati: Advocacy Champions"

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit experienced communication and advertising service providers to participate to the tendering procedure of the communication component of “Baldati – madinati: Advocacy champions” project which aim at implementing different communication activities in line with the project spirit and values in a coherent, comprehensive and effective manner that can impact citizens’ behavior toward the local authorities in their territories.  

The communication component of “Baldati – Madinati: Advocacy Champions” project, is designed to accompany a capacity building program targeting 30 advocacy champions who will be trained on advocacy planning, techniques and tools. The communication activities should reflect their vision and aspiration in terms of active citizens having a voice and impacting the good governance mechanism and practices at the local level.

The communication service provider should actively participate to the capacity building and training activities as well as other activities that North LEDA judge important in order to better tailor the concept and document the process.

The communication service provider will be working on the design of a comprehensive communication identity for the project that can be applied on different tools.

He should coordinate with North LEDA partner Arabia GIS - who is implementing in parallel a project with the 10 municipalities in the same territory providing them with a tool to enhance the sharing information process and the transparency mechanism -  in order to come up with a communication set of activities coherent with their communication plan. 

He should coordinate with North LEDA and the president of jurd el Qaytee union of municipalities in order to identify the location of the billboards.

He should get the approval of north LEDA and the donor on the design before the printing and the publication.

He will be responsible of the concept elaboration, design and implementation of all activities stated inthe attached RFP
