“Jina Dar” is a bus touring the most marginalized and remote areas, with a specialized team that provides services aiming to prevent and mitigate all forms of violence against women and girls. The overall goal is to improve protection prospects for both refugees and host communities by empowering right holders to exercise their rights, gain full agency and fulfil their potential as equal members of society. 

Kvinna till Kvinna’s Lebanon Regional Programme January 2022 - December 2026, focuses on women´s peace and security and equal participation, gender-based violence, women´s economic empowerment, and movements building as well as support to emerging local and grassroot feminist organisation’s capacity building and networking in the country.

The therapist will provide 8 group sessions. The sessions will focus on addressing the emotional and psychological challenges that these women are facing on a micro level (personal challenges, family related challenges) and on a macro level (challenges related to their own circles and to their local communities as a whole).

Helem is seeking the services of an experienced Translator in the fields of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sexual characteristics to work on translating three training presentations and addendums for each training module.

ABAAD is offering an extensive coaching process to support grassroots civil society organizations in building their capacities in protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) and accountability, as well as gender integration under the Generation Gender program. The aim of this intervention is to examine the intersectionality of gender with other   field (e.g. education, WASH and shelter, food security), optimize best practices, and encourage innovation in engaging with target populations.

As part of FEMALE’s ongoing efforts to support and strengthen young feminist capacities both locally and regionally, we are currently looking for formal and informal groups or initiatives which are led by women and girls in all their diversities for an upcoming sub-granting opportunity. We are looking for initiatives that need support to materialize a project or idea that tackles feminist issues mainly focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender-based violence, or feminist organizing.

UNFPA needs a multidisciplinary team of national experts to develop an integrated GBV/SRH training package. The package will include basic modules on SRH and GBV for various healthcare professionals. Specific themes and topics will be added for each category of care providers as needed. It will be based on existing training material from UNFPA Lebanon, with consideration for any gaps. After development, a Training of Trainers will be conducted for approximately 10 service providers, who will then train a wider group.

The consultant will be required to develop and deliver a training of trainers to a selected group of young men and women from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. This workshop will enable participants to acquire the fundamental notions of planning and logistics. By undergoing this capacity building activity, participants will then be equipped to support and guide other young change-makers in the process of planning and implementing different grassroots community-based initiatives.
