Join the Arab Reform Initiative for a townhall discussion on solar energy policies in Lebanon, with a focus on its legal aspect, on the role of municipalities and on the solutions that can be proposed to make this sector more just and inclusive. This workshop co-organised by Lebanon Support and the Arab NGO Network for Development aims to place the localisation debate in a longer temporality of global discussions that have shaped international cooperation during the past decades, and at bringing back equal and balanced partnerships at the heart of these discussions, and initiate a process towards the adoption and enactment of a civil society charter in Lebanon.
