Based in Lebanon or Morocco the Regional Finance Business Partner, will provide essential financial support and guidance to our MENA regional based country staff and work closely with our UK based Finance team.

LOCATION: Rabat, Morocco OR Beirut, Lebanon.

Business Development Manager – Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Europe and Central Asia (ECA)

Reporting to the Head of Business Development based in the UK, our new Business Development Manager (BD Manager) will be proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities with our country offices. This role will be part of a small team covering MENA and ECA.
This role based in Lebanon will have a particular focus on MENA.

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager with proven programme experience of M&E methodologies to lead on the delivery of the monitoring plan for our programme in Lebanon. Under the direction of the Country Representative, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for the monitoring plan, the research and learning framework of the project, and for ensuring that qualitative and quantitative evidence are accurately gathered by the Project within good time.

Building on the success of our national parliamentary strengthening programme of work in Lebanon, Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) plans to further extend our collaboration with and support of the Lebanese parliament.
