UTOPIA is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to abolishing all types of social discrepancies through specialized projects and programs that rely on voluntary work, in hopes of acquiring social justice among people within the same society regardless of their political or religious beliefs.
UTOPIA’s purpose is to inspire a culture of civic awareness and equal citizenship in the Lebanese society and in Tripoli in particular to make the change we aim at achieving.

"بيناتنا - حوار وأكتر"  مشروع تنفذه جمعية يوتوبيا بالتعاون مع أكاديمية دويتشه فيله. يهدف إلى تمكين صحافيين/ات، وصحافيين/ ات مواطنين/ات يعملون في وسائل إعلامية ومنصات إعلامية بديلة، وذلك من خلال تدريبهم وتمكينهم من مهارات متعددة كي يصبحوا قادرين على إنتاج محتوى إعلامي رقمي عالي الجودة وإعداد تقارير تعالج قضايا محلّية في مناطق الشمال والبقاع وتنظيم وإدارة الحوارات. مما يعزز مشاركتهم الاجتماعية ويزيد من فرصهم في نظام الإعلام اللبناني. يتم تدريب المشاركين من قبل مجموعة من المدربين/ات المؤهلين الذين تم إعدادهم من قبل أكاديمية دويتشه فيله في السنوات الأخيرة.

Call for Consultancy (Livelihood Training and Coaching) - FCPA Livelihood Initiative

UTOPIA is implementing a project, in partnership with WVL. UTOPIA In the framework of the FCPA Programme “Fragile Context Programming Approach”, and to support Formal and Informal businesses in Tripoli to create and retain work opportunities UTOPIA will be implementing a livelihood initiative, to support the local communities, including most vulnerable individuals from the refugee and host communities, with emphasizing on supporting women, youth and PWD, affected by the multi-faceted crises in Lebanon, and build their capacities to gain or retain job opportunities.

S/he will be responsible to start a new information management system within the organization, and setting up SMART and creative communication and reporting systems.
