Expression Of Interest (Eoi) - Un-Wfp Supplier Registration

The United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP) Lebanon Country Office would like to invite qualified suppliers/ traders to confirm their interest in supplying different commodities/goods and Services such as (but not limited to):

Food Items: CANNED PRODUCTS, FRUITS, VEGETABLES, GRAINS, RICE, SUGAR, SALT, FAVA BEANS, WHEAT FLOUR, DRY YEAST, FOOD PARCELS, AND OTHER FOOD COMMODITIES. The commodities may be delivered within the country or to different countries within the region and it should be packed as per WFP required packaging.

Goods & Services: IT EQUIPMENT, STATIONARIES, OFFICE SUPPLIES, FURNITURE, UNIFORM, VARIOUS MAINTENANCE SERVICES, TRANSLATION, CONSULTANCY SERVICES, SECURITY SERVICES, TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT, CONTRACTORS, INSPECTION SERVICES, PRINTING SERVICES, VEHICLES PARTS AND SERVICES, ETC.

Interested suppliers who meet the above requirements are requested to send an email to “[email protected]” no later than 8 May 2017, 23:30 hrs. Beirut Time. Clearly mentioning in the subject line the EOI reference number “LBN17NF20EOI”

*Required Documents:

1- Duly completed WFP Supplier Registration form (received upon sending an email to the above address).

2- Import / Export Licence (for Food Items, if available)

3- Supporting documents:

i. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and legal registration documents ii. General Information about the firm and its products/ services you wish to register. iii. Letter of Reference from at least three clients to whom your company has provided goods/ services over the past twelve months. iv. Prospective supplier must have a minimum of three years’ experience establishment in their line of business.
WFP, on the basis of financial soundness of the supplier, experience, ability to perform and relevance of the good serviced offered will evaluate each complete application.
