Local Expert - Economic Growth Assessment

One (or more) local experts or consultancy firms are to be added to the Team. These experts are expected to possess a combination of skills, data sources and experience, including subject matter expertise in at least one of USAID/Lebanon’s CDCS program areas, in-depth knowledge of Lebanese political, social, or economic issues, and/or experience in conducting EGAs, evaluations, or similar economic studies.  Experts can be Senior advisors and researchers in the fields of finance, public private partnerships (PPP), agro-economy, tourism, energy, telecom, manufacturing and trade.
