Siren is searching for enthusiastic enumerators to contribute to perception field study in Beirut.

The Research and Evaluation Officer is responsible for analysing data using statistical techniques and software programs, performing statistical tests, and presenting statistical findings to management. The Research and Evaluation Officer will also contribute to the implementation of the Results-Based Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (RMEL) framework, provide support to the research team, and ensure the quality and confidentiality of data.

The Monitoring and Reporting Officer is responsible for drafting and reviewing well-structured and professional narrative documents, ensuring the quality and accuracy of reports, and supporting the implementation of the Results-Based Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (RMEL) framework. The Monitoring and Reporting Officer will work closely with management and implementation teams, maintaining effective relationships and understanding their informational and operational needs.

The Graphic Designer will provide communications support to a variety of teams working both at the project and corporate levels.  He/she will design engaging, informative and relevant communication materials and provide creative direction, graphic design and brand management for Siren through a variety of media including print publications, online presence, multimedia and animation. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to ‘beautify’ documents and analyse the information to present and find creative, intelligent ways to interpret it visually in a way that enhances its impact.

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Administration Officer to take the lead on Office 365 management at Siren. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing Microsoft 365 deployment and policies, user roles, and access. They will be responsible for day-to-day user support and troubleshooting among other tasks.

Siren Associates and INTERSOS are conducting research on statelessness in Beirut and Mount Lebanon; this humanitarian issue involves marginalized communities that are from Lebanese origins but don’t have the Lebanese nationality.

The internship will allow the successful candidate to gain an understanding of working in international development across multiple sectors, including in the field of public sector transformation and reform. The intern will receive on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring and gain hands-on experience of doing business development for a not-for-profit organisation. The intern will learn about aid funding mechanisms, understand institutional donors’ strategies and requirements, and develop their oral and written communications skills.

The Senior Communications Officer will play a key role supporting the development of communication strategies for a range of Siren projects and driving their implementation. They will have an analytical mind and ability to see the bigger picture surrounding our work, supporting Siren to achieve project objectives as well as corporate objectives.
