We are looking for a dedicated and innovative trainer specialized in addressing hate speech and racism on social media, particularly against refugees. The trainer will be involved in leading a comprehensive training program for 15 participants from diverse Lebanese and refugees’ communities residing in Lebanon. The program will span 32 hours and focus on understanding, identifying, and effectively combating hate speech and racism directed at refugees in Lebanon.

The Project Officer for the IMPACT Project will play a vital role in achieving project success by working in close coordination with the Media Lab Manager. The Project Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth project implementation within the allocated budget and timeframe. The Officer will support project activities in line with the objective to increase awareness among young people in Tripoli about the detrimental impacts of hate speech, fake news, and racism.

The Field Officer for the Peace Building Project will play a vital role in supporting and implementing initiatives aimed at promoting peace, reconciliation, and conflict resolution in various communities. You will work closely with local stakeholders, community leaders, and project partners to facilitate dialogue, build relationships, and create sustainable peace-building strategies. The Field Officer will be responsible for coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and documenting impact to contribute to positive social change.

The Mentor is expected to support and encourage the professional development of the trainees, as well as provide active guidance before, during and after the On-The-Job training. The mentor should assist with exploring careers, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources.

SHiFT is seeking a Climate Justice Consultant who can play a pivotal role in advancing climate justice initiatives and promoting equitable and sustainable solutions to address the impacts of climate change on marginalized communities. The consultant will provide expert advice, strategic guidance, and project management support to SHIFT's partner in addition to ensuring that climate justice principles are integrated into Action Aid’s Global Platform policies, programs, and initiatives.
