The Proposal writer : Search and Prepares proposals by determining concept; gathering and formatting information; writing drafts; obtaining approvals.  Proposal Writer Job Duties: Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings.
