Rehabilitation Program For Torture Survivors
The proposed Project aims at contributing to upgrading the physical, mental and social wellbeing of torture survivors and prevention of torture in Lebanon in a comprehensive modular inter-disciplinary approach.

1. Providing free of charge rehabilitation services to tortures survivors and their family members who are in need of such program.
2. Building the professional capacity of service providers in what relates to the rehabilitation of torture survivors.
3. Upgrading the social integration of torture survivors.
4. Creating a central source of information and statistics on torture survivors in Lebanon.
5. Establishing network and collaboration systems among governmental and non

1. Examining and treating tortures survivors.
2. Providing rehabilitation services to family members of targeted victims while focusing on women and children.
3. Providing training to health professionals.
4. Providing training to lawyers and human rights activists.
5. Lobbying relevant NGOs, Bar association and politicians authorities
6. Conducting public awareness activities.
7. Building a database on torture issues and survivors in Lebanon and a system of referral and follow up.
