To ensure holistic care, specialized Mental Health services will be provided to patients identified by the PHCC staff and community health teams. Under the supervision and guidance of the Mental Health Supervisor, the Case Manager is responsible for the implementation of activities and tasks which are related to strengthening knowledge and increasing awareness of and access to mental health through outreach plans. The Case Manager will conduct Psychosocial Support sessions, assess patients in need of specialized Mental Health services and ensure internal referrals to RI’s Mental Health Team.

Outreach Worker will be responsible for supporting, gathering and collecting data needed to implement the project.

The Clinical Psychiatrist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and treating patients with Mental Health disorders. He/she will work mainly in RI’s supported clinic(s). He/she will also be responsible for prescribing medication and/or suggesting therapy according to the patient’s needs.

Relief International Support to Aspiring Children and Youth (SACY) program is an integrated program between education, and mental health and psychosocial support (PSS) that aims to support about 1,875 children/youth residing in West and Central Bekaa with cash for education assistance to ensure their retention in formal public schools. Education Assistants will be responsible for conducting Homework Support Group (HSG), summer remedial activities, life skills sessions and supporting in planning for all program’s activities at RI’s Learning Centers to enhance children academic performance.

The Full-time Referral Nurse will be responsible for conducting health referral activities to the health facilities and meet the unique needs of each beneficiary in the targeted areas.

The Middle East Regional Program Officer (RPO) will support Program Management in the region and be responsible for program and grants management backstopping and communication for the Middle East portfolio. As member of the Middle East Regional Support Office (RSO), the RPO works with the RPM and the Regional Program Director to provide ongoing support to country program teams and ensure coordination with relevant departments in RSO and in the Global Support Office (GSO).

As part of the Regional Programs Team within the Regional Support Office (RSO) for RI’s Middle East Region, the Regional MEAL Manager will work closely with the Regional Program Director and the Regional Program Team (Program Manager and Technical Advisors) to provide in-person and remote guidance to RI’s MEAL teams across the five countries of the Middle East region. This position will enhance the MEAL capacity across the countries and ensure that country teams are supported in the design and implementation of a robust MEAL system, and high quality analysis and reporting.
