The Child Protection Officer supports the coordinator in overseeing the implementation of the project.

The Child Protection assistant supports the project manager in overseeing the implementation of the projects.
The Child Protection assistant reports directly to the Project Manager on all matters relevant to projects and staff.

The fundraising and reporting officer will build on and expand the current fundraising projects and plans in collaboration with the management team.
S/He will also monitor implementation of the project and will be responsible for the development of tools and mechanisms to aid in the monitoring and evaluation of the project.

The art and/or performing arts animator will be responsible for helping participants express themselves, channeling participants’ energies into visual art and encouraging them to relate to each other through their art.
He/she will be responsible to apply the techniques of various art forms to increase social function, improve coordination and communication, and enable expression of feelings, such as theatre, puppets clowning, arts and crafts

The Finance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that financial management procedures and systems are met in compliance to Red Oak procedures and guidelines, as well as ensuring adherence to Red Oak’s and donors’ accounting practices and standards.

The outreach worker intervenes in a diverse environment to support vulnerable citizens of all ages
and backgrounds through their difficulties. Their role is to provide assistance to enable service users
to help themselves while maintaining professional relationships with service users, acting as guides
and advocates.
