Plan International is seeking a qualified and legally eligible research firm to conduct a multi-sectoral mix-methodology needs assessment (quantitative and qualitative approaches) in Syria to complement the existing data and obtain more in-depth understanding of the current situation and in specific challenges and issues facing adolescents and young adults including a detailed gender analysis.

According to the partnership model, Plan International works closely with partners and provides technical oversight including tools, curricula, technical trainings. Plan also ensures appropriate monitoring, coaching and follow up with partners. One of the prioritized areas to be supported is Safeguarding and Preventing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
