The Lebanon Country Manager is responsible for the management and ongoing development of PACES’ sports for development program in Lebanon. Through the program, PACES provides children with multiple educational benefits to help them thrive in their own communities. It also encourages discipline and cooperation, builds their confidence and self-awareness, and enhances their social development. The Lebanon Country Manager will be accountable for ensuring that the program is implemented in adherence with PACES’ standard policies and procedures, and working effectively and efficiently.

The Deputy Country Manager will work closely with the Country Manager in the management and ongoing development of PACES’ work in Lebanon, including the supervision of the sports program, monitoring the performance of the Area Supervisors, Assistant Area Supervisors and other staff, while ensuring that PACES’ work in Lebanon contributes effectively and efficiently towards meeting the short, medium, and long term objectives of the organization.

The Deputy Country Manager will work closely with the Country Manager in the management and ongoing development of PACES’ work in Lebanon, including the supervision of the sports program, monitoring the performance of the Area Supervisors, Assistant Area Supervisors and other staff, while ensuring that PACES’ work in Lebanon contributes effectively and efficiently towards meeting the short, medium, and long term objectives of the organization.

The area supervisor represents PACES in the area he/she is responsible for. He/she is responsible to setting the link between PACES and the administrations of the sports clubs that are in partnership with PACES. Continuous follow up with the technical and administrative team and the Country Manager is essential, as well as the ability to quickly accomplish all tasks require.
