In this job, the GIL DT and/or BD trainer would be responsible for reviewing & optimizing the existing material developed by Nawaya Field Team, facilitating and providing training materials to the targeted youth on either Design thinking and/or Business Development.
The Trainer will be responsible for ensuring a final revision and edits of the current training material by sustaining an interactive and fully engaged training sessions. He/She will make sure that the GIL program goals are effectively understood and achieved as will be explained by the Field Manager.

Providing Online Soft Skills Training (OST) and Individual Career Coaching ( ICP) with the end purpose of enhancing the various employability, soft skills and interpersonal skills and preparing the participants for a stronger career profile.

The MEO will report to the M&E Specialist and MEAL Coordinator to ensure effective, efficient, reliable, and sustainable data management systems, with satisfactory tracking and reporting of programme results.
The MEO will be Collecting, entering, and cleaning data based on programme requirements.
The MEO will work in close collaboration with multiple Nawaya programm teams, and also with program partners as needed, and be responsible for monitoring the programm activities on an ongoing basis to effectively ensure the quality of the data pipeline and the accuracy of data collection.

The Business Development Officer (BDO) reports directly to the program coordinator and will play a key role in market analysis, identifying collaboration opportunities in the construction industry, generating leads and landing projects for the Naaam Business Solutions Center. The officer will assess the market gaps and needs, and identify the relevant services and target audiences for the NBSC. The officer will also engage in networking, conduct meetings with prospective clients to promote NBSC services.

In this position, the coach would be conducting tailored coaching sessions with a well-reviewed content design of the material targeting beneficiaries by abiding to the instruction sheets communicated by the Project Coordinator with the oversight of the Program Manager on a day to day basis.
He/she would have to ensure that data collection is being effectively implemented as requested by the M&E team for an accurate generation of various reports in the purpose of coming up with corrective actions ; this will also needs to be under the oversight and guidance of the Program Manager.

The Procurement Unit works closely with the Finance Unit and each Operational Unit involved in the Procurement Process. The Holder
of this position will be in charge of ensuring an effective implementation of the Procurement Process with the Close Supervision
conducted by the Procurement Manager. The procurement officer will be ensuring full transparency and ethical behavior towards
Program Staff, various suppliers, Top Management and various partners and donors.

In this position, the Junior Finance Officer makes sure to keep all financial administrative functions are effectively and efficiently tackled.
with the close oversight of the Finance Officer on day to day basis and both positions reporting to the Finance Manager. The JFO will be
mostly responsible of filing staff files, uploading payments to the accounting system with the direct assistance of the FO as the JFO will not
be able to conduct the upload by him/herself, assisting the FO in any communicated tasks.

The Trainer/Coach will work under the program called Action for Rural Economic Development (ARED)- Business Support Specialists (BSS) Activity which aims to improve employability and soft skills of youth in North East Bekaa, implemented by The Nawaya Network and funded by the EU.

The objective of the activity is to enhance the employability skills of the youth (21 - 28 years) and to provide technical courses (up tp $600 per youth) through some experts/institutions in the field.

In this position, the Administrative Support Officer has a paramount role in outreach, assisting in the implementation of info sessions, managing the logistics of graduations, following up with beneficiaries and alumni regarding various opportunities ( such as employment for the BSS youth and/or expansion or joint ventures for the funded MSMEs and/or Market fairs identification in rural areas) and playing an active role in the procurement activities as a first layer in the procurement management process.

The Nawaya Network is an NGO based in Lebanon working on entrepreneurship, employment, and economic development programs. Under the employment pillar, Nawaya recently launched a working group called the “Tech Upskilling Working Group” (TWG) bringing together various organizations working on upskilling for employment in Lebanon. One of the key gaps and challenges relates to connecting students to local and remote employment opportunities.
