Background on NABRAS foundation: NABRAS is a humanitarian, non-governmental and non-profit organization Founded in 2009 under the registration number 1525 that strives to realize the full potentials of people to drive a new era of development, growth, and productivity.
NABRAS vision is of a world in which every person - regardless of race, religion, or gender identity lives in a just society and enjoys all of the human rights, including but not limited to, access to health, education and key services.  NABRAS seeks to improve the living conditions of deprived people through:  Empowering communities, and especially women, youth and children, to allow them to play a leading role in changing their poor conditions; 
DRC- Nebras partnership background: Nebras started its partnership with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) during 2016. And it continues to 2017. The purpose of this year partnership is Improving the Protective Environment for Vulnerable Children and Women in Lebanonin the South.
Project objective 1: To support vulnerable children, women and survivors of GBV to access an integrated                         package of quality prevention and response services
Project objective 2: To empower vulnerable children, families and communities to promote protective practices.
The aim of the partnership is to transfer DRC’s experience working in child protection and GBV preventive activities to Nabras organization, which possesses a strong knowledge of the context in which they implement and have a long-term presence and a relationship of trust with the community. The expected outcome of this partnership is to strengthen the sustainability of DRC’s activities by providing coaching and capacity building to Nabras staff on psycho-social support and thus handover this component to Nabras organization that will be able to provide this service on the longer-term.
DRC Lebanon has been in partnership with UNICEF for 4 years assisting vulnerable children, women and men of all nationalities
In the frame of its humanitarian response towards the Lebanon Crisis Response Plan; DRC is implementing a program in partnership with UNICEF to improve the protective environment for children and women at risk of or victims of abuse, exploitation and violence. DRC relies heavily on the community; through its community-based approach to protection, in order to empower refugees and host communities to prevent and respond to child protection concerns. Community-based groups and partner Community Based Organizations are supported by DRC to provide Community-based PSS to vulnerable children and their caregivers. DRC also provides response services through focused psychosocial support on child labor, early marriage and Gender Based Violence to children, caregivers and adolescent boys and girls and GBV and CP case management.
 Responsibilities

Contribute to DRC’s GBV case management process when concerns exist about the mental health of clients
Provide clinical therapy to persons referred by DRC and Nebrasfor such services (including those receiving GBV case management)
Participate in case plan meetings and case conferences
Attend Best Interest Assessment and Determination meetings and advocate for the best interest and safety of the child when convened
Identify cases requiring psychiatric mental health services and refer to the appropriate actors. Coordinate with these service providers to adapt the therapeutic plan of the client accordingly
Complete documenting and monitoring tools relevant to the activities implemented
Contribute to the maintenance of an up-to-date service mapping of the service providers operating in the area and ensure that caseworkers are informed about the available services
Actively participate and contribute to Mental Health and psychosocial support, child protection, GBV and other relevant coordination mechanisms.
Remain abreast of SOPs and best practices at the field, the national and global level
 Essential attributes:

Bachelor/Degree in clinical psychology;
Experience in mental health service provision;
Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination and safety of client at all times;
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity and flexibility;
Flexibility in working overtime when needed;
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel);
Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well;
Ability to provide technical support, trainings and supervision to case workers;
Willingness and ability to work flexible working hours
Essential experience:
At least 3-4 years of experience in counseling survivors of gender-based violence or vulnerable women and girls/and or in child protection case management
Preferred attributes:
a)Preferred qualifications:
Master degree in psychology
Training on Interpersonal therapy and/or MHGaP
 
b)Preferred experience:
·Previous experience in international organizations and humanitarian settings
·Previous experience working with Syrian refugees in Lebanon
