Trainer to provide a training on the topic “community engagement” for an inclusive local committee related to a project under the title: “Community-Based Approach to Improve the Impact of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)” in areas of Zahle and Jnah.

To facilitate a vulnerability assessment for the project under the title: “Community-Based Approach to Improve the Impact of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)” in areas of Zahle and Jnah.

The main task of the consultant is to make a scientific study as a labour market assessment in the targeted areas of the project (Zahle and Jnah).

The outputs and deliverables of this consultation are the following:
- Deliver a training to build the capacity of the selected members of the committee on topics related to conflict and conflict management skills, verbal and non-verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Period of implementation is during the months of April & May 2022 for:
a- Two training days April 29-30, six hours each (UNICEF YAD project- GIL);
b- Three training days May 8, 9, & 10, six hours each (UN Women project).

• Provide individual psychological support to the children with learning disabilities participating in the centers’ activities (homework support and PSS animation)
• Provide collective support when needed for children diagnosed with speech impediment
• Organize case studies with the social workers, psychologist and head of the center to evaluate the situation of each child path;
• Participate in the regular working group meeting with social workers, educators, psychologist and the Head of center
• Provide support to the team when needed
• Submit report to the Head of center

Laptops & Braillers

• Provide individual psychological support to the females in Barbar El Khazen prison
• Provide collective support when needed for the females
• Organize case studies with the social worker to evaluate the situation of each female path;
• Participate in the regular working group meeting with social worker and the Head of center;
• Provide support to the team when needed
• Submit report to the Head of center.
