Project Coordinator

MIDAL Organization is seeking a project coordinator for a period of one year.
the project will tackle the needs of the women living in the 4 district (Nabatieh, Hasbayya, Merjeyoun, Bint jbeil) of nabatieh, will build their capacities to become leaders in their societies. 
Title of project: Women Empowerment
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1-Responsible for follow up on participant’s applications.
2-Assists the project manager in the development of the project reports and the reporting to the donor.
3-Plan and implement the different types of activities as the per the implementation plan.
4-Contact and follow up with participants regarding every project activity and event.
5-Prepare and conduct the regular monitoring and evaluation of the project activities (training and mentoring program evaluations, satisfaction survey, monthly reports).
6-Attend all meetings with the project manager. Attend all activities and events related to the project and similar events at local and national level.
7-Regular coordination between participants and MIDAL Organisation.
8-Assist the project manager in other additional tasks that may rise during the field work.
 
Knowledge& Skills:
1-Strong experience in project implementation and logistics.
2-Strong communication skills both oral and written and excellent knowledge of English and Arabic.
