The Deputy Executive Director reports directly to the Executive Director, and is in charge of the overall management and oversight of both programmes and support at Mada. The Deputy Executive Director can be based in the Beirut or Tripoli office, with frequent visits among them.

The Procurement and Logistics Assistant will work under the direct supervision of the Senior Procurement and Logistics Officer, and will support on all procurement and logistics procedures in compliance with Mada, partner and donor requirements. S/He is expected to support on all procurement activities in a transparent manner.

The position is based in the Tripoli office, with weekly field visits to project sites and suppliers/vendors.

The Project Manager works under two projects under the Environmental Pillar at Mada, namely the EU-funded project titled ‘Supporting Sustainable Solid Waste Management in Jurd al Qaita’; and AICS-funded project titled ‘Supporting Sustainable Solid Waste Management in Jurd al Qaita’.

The Senior Agriculture Engineer will work under a project in Minnieh – Donnieh targeting smallholder farmers with technical and material support, and piloting two collective solar powered irrigation systems with 5-10 farmers each.
The Senior Agriculture Engineer will work under the direct responsibility of the Project Manager and be based at Mada’s Tripoli office with daily field visits.

Warchée organization is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Finance and Accounting Officer to join their team. This integral role involves overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization: the Finance and Accounting Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization. Her/His primary role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

The Project Officer will work under the RDPP-funded project “SAFE: Sustainable Agri-Food Economy for refugee and local communities in vulnerable governorates of Lebanon” implemented by WW-GVC, in partnership with Mada Association and the Lebanese Workers Rights Organization (LWRO). The project objective is to ensure vulnerable refugee and local communities in Akkar, North Lebanon, Baalbek-Hermel and Bekaa governorates access rights, and enjoy increased safety and enhanced self-reliance through sustainable livelihoods solutions in the agri-food sector.

This position involves comprehensive operational management and product development, including addressing weaknesses, enhancing displays, improving delivery processes, managing the team and maintaining supplier relationships. Administrative tasks include report template improvements, inventory updates, job description revisions, and implementing a bonus system. Additionally, the role involves overseeing cash operations, training staff, and community engagement through member relations, and volunteer recruitment.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating eye-catching and distinctive labels/stickers to be displayed on the boxes. The labels will serve to: (1) ensure donor and project visibility – therefore include the relevant logos and project title; (2) list and explain the contents of the boxes in terms of species of flora.

The Technical Coordinator will work under a project in Akkar, Lebanon, which aims strengthening local climate-sensitive WASH capacities by targeting smallholder farmers with technical and material support to increase, as well as stakeholders in the agriculture and water sectors to increase preparedness to extreme weather events that impact agriculture.

The Technical Coordinator will work under the direct responsibility of the Project Manager and be based at Mada’s Tripoli office with daily field visits.
