Lutheran World Relief (LWR), a 501(c)(3) non-governmental organization founded in 1945 and headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, today works around the world to end poverty, injustice and human suffering. LWR focuses its work on emergency relief and sustainable agricultural development assistance to lay a foundation for food security, resilience, climate adaptation, and strengthening value chains. LWR is a signatory to the International Red Cross/Red Crescent Code of Conduct, which states that “Aid will not be used to further a particular political or religious viewpoint.” LWR does not proselytize and responds to identified needs among vulnerable populations regardless of religious or other affiliation.LWR is presently focusing its resources and efforts on responding to the needs of refugees and internally displaced people (IDPs) fleeing the ongoing conflicts in Syria and Iraq as well as the needs of the host communities receiving them

Under Quest, LWR Lebanon project is searching for a project evaluation consultant / content creator that will conduct the real-time evaluation of Quest project to determine what the project has achieved, what worked, what did not, were the tools effective, relevant and efficient in tackling in achieving the program’s objectives? How did the project adapt to the challenges and to the local context and what could be done in the future to attain these objectives effectively and efficiently and how to sustain the program’s successful interventions?

The mentorship program is part of the Quest Program, which links women entrepreneurs with experienced mentors for guidance and support. The mentorship program aims to enhance the financial literacy skills of women entrepreneurs by providing them with 6 one-on-one session, a mix of virtual and in-person meetings, and one mandatory workplace visit. The mentors will specialize in financial literacy for micro and small women-led enterprises and will be responsible for assessing the mentees' progress and linking them with relevant resources in their business sector.

Corus International is seeking a Deputy Regional Director, Asia and Middle East to join its International Programs and Operations team within the International Programs and Operations Department. This is a field position and will be based in Lebanon.
The Deputy Regional Director is responsible for ensuring country offices in their region operate in ways that are compliant with local law, donor regulations, and Corus policies and procedures.

The Community Project Coordinator will oversee and follow-up on the implementation of social cohesion activities that will be implemented by three local partner organizations and ensure the project meets LWR standards of implementation, M&E, reporting and donor requirements. S/he will also provide logistics and administrative support for project and office functions when needed. The Project Coordinator will report to the Deputy Program Manager.
This position is a 4-month replacement for Maternity until our original Project Coordinator resumes duty. Start date 1st Sept 2022
