S/he is primarily responsible for the coordination with the program manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes for projects. S/He will perform various coordinating tasks, schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and supporting in financial queries. May install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in by person in the office.
