Funders’ Fair, Enabling Youth-Led Initiatives to Achieve Their Mission

The Funders’ Fair is an exhibition and networking-style platform which aims to grant visibility to 9 youth organisations participating in the “Enabling Youth-led Initiatives” project, part of Lebanon Support’s programme, the Civil Society Incubator*.

This event constitutes an opportunity for attendees to identify like-minded organisations and conceive potential collaborations, in order to strengthen civil society cooperation and synergies.

The 9 youth-led organisations that took part of the “Enabling Youth-Led Initiatives” project are:

• Abnaa Saida Association
• Anti-Racism Movement
• Diyarouna
• EFADA Mena
• Khota Ashabab
• LeMSIC
• MASIR
• Peace of Art
• Riders’ Rights

Agenda:

- 5:00-5:30pm: Meet & greet, informal networking.

- 5:30-5:40pm: Welcome notes from Lebanon Support and Embassy of Switzerland, Cooperation Office in Lebanon.

- 5:40-6:10pm: Pitches from the 9 youth-led organisations. Each organisation will present one of the projects it is looking to implement in 3 minutes.

- 6:20-7:00pm: Pass by the booths. Each organisation will be available to discuss further its work and potential collaborations.

- 7:00-8:00pm: Reception continues.

*The Civil Society Incubator is designed to foster the creation, development, and growth of local civil society and public action initiatives, organisations, or projects, in addition to facilitating knowledge exchange with initiatives or individuals. The Civil Society Incubator provides tailored mentorship and on-the-job coaching to organisations and individuals alike.

المعرض هو عبارة عن منصة تشبيك تهدف لمنح فرصة للظهور لـ ٩ منظمات شبابية شاركت في مشروع "تمكين المبادرات التي يقودها الشباب"، ضمن برنامج حاضنة المجتمع المدني* التابع لمركز دعم لبنان. يتضمن هذا الحدث فرصة لكم لاكتشاف منظمات مشابهة والتشبيك معها بغيّة تعزيز التعاون والتآزر في المجتمع المدني.

المنظمات الـ٩ التي شاركت في مشروع "تمكين المبادرات التي يقودها الشباب" هي:

- حركة مناهضة العنصرية

- ديارنا

- إفادة

- خطى الشباب

- اللجنة الدولية لطلبة الطب في لبنان

- مصير

- بيس أوف آرت

- حقوق الركاب

برنامج:

- من الساعة ٥ حتى الساعة ٥:٣٠ مساءً: استقبال وترحيب، تشبيك.

- من الساعة ٥:٣٠ حتى ٥:٤٠ مساءً: كلمات الترحيب من مركز دعم لبنان والسفارة السويسرية، مكتب التعاون السويسري في لبنان.

- من الساعة ٥:٤٠ حتى ٦:١٠ مساءً: عرض مشاريع لـ ٩ منظمات شبابية. ستقدم كل منظمة مشروع لها في غضون ٣ دقائق.

- من الساعة ٦:٢٠ حتى الساعة ٧ مساءً: زيارة كشك كل منظمة. ستكون كل منظمة جاهزة لعرض عملها من أجل فرص للتعاون معها.

- من الساعة ٧ حتى الساعة ٨ مساءً: خلاصة وتشبيك.

التاريخ: الخميس، ٢٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر، من الساعة الخامسة مساءً حتى الثامنة مساءً.

*يهدف برنامج حاضنة المجتمع المدني لتعزيز عملية إنشاء وتطوير ونمو المجتمع المدني المحلي ومبادرات أو منظمات أو مشاريع العمل العام، بالإضافة إلى تسهيل عملية تبادل المعرفة مع المبادرات والأفراد. يقدّم برنامج حاضنة المجتمع المدني الدعم والمتابعة وفقًا لحاجات المنظمات والأفراد على حدٍ سواء.
