The Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer is responsible for overseeing the overall planning process, monitoring and evaluation framework of the program through ensuring follow up on M&E plans, target progress tracking and other subsequent M&E responsibilities.

The Social Worker will be working in the LRC Medico-Social Centers. He/ she works with people to support them through difficult times and to ensure that children and adults affected by crisis and challenges have access to health care and services. The Social Worker conducts assessments, and develops interventions to solve social and personal problems to create social change , provides awareness sessions and individual supports, runs regular support groups, and engages volunteers in community centered activities with the aim of improving the beneficiaries’ health and wellbeing.

Ensure compliance with LRC code of conduct, internal regulations, as well as national and international standards and guidelines.

The Finance and Admin Assistant ensures proper settlement of cash and check payments to the suppliers. He/she will be responsible of the day to day financial administration across the sector.

The Training Center Maintenance officer ensures that the facility is operational and well maintained 24/7, performs preventive, basic maintenance and coordinates with external contactors for scheduled and/or emergency maintenance. The maintenance officer also assists with the setting up of the location before and after events.

The HIMS Coordinator manages and monitors the implementation and usage of the HIS (and other MSS systems) at the HQ and local levels in accordance with applicable standards.
He/She also coordinates with the ICT section with regards to the hardware, network and security of the MSS systems.

The Logistics & Procurement Manager is responsible for securing logistical performance to provide programs with optimum support and ensure compliance with procedures. In addition, he/she supports the Logistics Coordinator in the logistics and procurement activities supervision and support to the French Red Cross Syria delegation.

Quality Officer work closely with Quality Manager to help ensure that BTS centers get the best possible support to deliver in line with quality and safety requirements.

The HIMS Coordinator manages and monitors the implementation and maintenance of the HIS at the HQ and local levels in accordance to the MoPH standards and Service Provider requirements.
He/she also coordinates the hardware, network and security of the MSS systems in coordination with the IT department.
