The Lebanese Medical Association for Sexual Health (LebMASH) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization founded in 2012 of healthcare professionals that aims to achieve equity in health with focus on sexual health and the health of marginalized groups such as lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) individuals, women/girls, people living with HIV, and refugees.

LebMASH is looking to hire an Administration & Grants Officer

The Program coordinator is responsible to facilitate, manage, coordinate, and implement program activities, meetings, and other deliverables. The program coordinator collaborates with LebMASH’s executive director, staff, volunteers, and board members directly involved with the program. The program coordinator will also provide guidance on the monitoring and evaluation of the program in addition to financial, personnel, and other aspects of the program. The program coordinator directly reports to the Executive Director (ED) of LebMASH.

The role revolves about organising the office daily flow of work, handling all administrative tasks, and providing support to the ED as directed. Candidate must be very fluent in English, Highly Organised and Task Oriented.
