Q&a Session - Ngo Capacity Building Program 2013

Civil Society importance is increasing day by day especially in the developing world where it is becoming the third sector after the public and private sector. Moreover, non-governmental organizations are being indispensable partners to international agencies, regional decision makers as well as local actors by bringing innovative ideas and solutions to various social problems. To a larger extent, the 'World Bank' has considered the participation of these 'agents of change' as a major tool to impact the overall social development process.Acknowledging this important role, the LAU-LDN 'NGO Capacity Building Program' focuses on the fundamental needs of non-governmental organizations aiming at enhancing the growth of a strong, dynamic and influential NGO movement as crucial to the advancement of civil society in Lebanon and the region. It targets NGO managers, program developers, fundraisers and team members, as well as corporate leaders involved in social responsibility by addressing real-life problems in an interactive learning environment. To know more about our program, you are invited to participate in a FREE Q&A Session which will be held onTuesday January 22, 2013 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the LAU - Beirut Campus. This session constitutes a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the Program's details pertaining to the courses provided, the diploma requirements, the registration procedure, etc. We look forward for your presence
