Moderator:Dr. Sami Nader is a columnist for Al-Monitor and an economist, Middle Eastern affairs analyst and communication expert. Nader currently directs the Levant Institute for Strategic Affairs and is also a professor at USJ.
Panelists:Dr. Jad Melki is Director of the Media Studies Program at AUB and a former broadcast and digital journalist.
Mr. Jean Aziz is a columnist for Al-Monitor, as well as columnist for Al-Akhbar and host of a weekly political talk show on OTV. He teaches communications at the American University of Technology and the Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik in Lebanon.
Mr. Ali Hashem is a contributor to Al-Monitor and Al Mayadeen TV news network's chief correspondent, currently based in Tehran. Until March 2012, he was Al Jazeera's war correspondent, and prior to that he was a senior journalist at the BBC.
