ECHO project under INTERSOS will launch community-based initiatives (CBI) where women who live in vulnerable communities will get a training on business development skills in pursuit of reaching financial independence, self-confidence and self-empowerment.
INTERSOS is seeking the services of a Business/Life Coach. Upon the completion of 2 CBI's INTERSOS will conduct a performance evaluation for the coach that will tackle: Professionalism, content, flexibility, punctuality and other criteria. Based on that, INTERSOS might use the services of the coach for extra CBI's ( a total of 10 CBIs)
