Call For Technical Experts - Water Resources

Announcement:
International Resources Group (IRG), a wholly owned subsidiary of Engility, seeks candidates for an anticipated water sector activity in Lebanon. The goal of this project will be to improve availability of water related public services in Lebanon through increased efficiency of water management and improved water infrastructure. We are looking for expressions of interest from qualified candidates for positions in the following focus areas:

Water Resources Management
Water and/or Wastewater Service Delivery
Water and/or Wastewater Infrastructure Planning

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience working in areas above.
Experience working on donor-funded and related commercial or public-private partnership development programs (USAID, DFID, and World Bank experience preferred).
Relevant and recent experience in Lebanon or the Middle East.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred (in relevant field).
Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic required.
