Fondation Pere Afif Osseiran - Le Foyer De La Providence - About

Established in 1964 by Reverend Father Afif Osseiran, FPAO is a free boarding and technical school having as main mission to provide, with no religious or political discrimination whatsoever, education and technical skills to deprived and problematical children and teenagers. FPAO is in charge of the rehabilitation of Minors in Conflict with Law in Roomieh's central prison since 2004. FPAO also provides legal follow-ups for youth in need and remains in charge of their socio-professional reintegration after being released from prison in its 4 rehabilitation centers (Beirut, Tripoli, Saida & Akkar).
