The Finance Manager will report to the Deputy Chief of Party and will be responsible for financial management and overseeing the projects’ legal, compliance, and audit activities. She/he will supervise an Accountant and ensure their compliant and efficient support to the project’s activities.

FHI 360 seeks qualified candidates to serve as a Technical Officer II: Gender, Equity, Safeguarding and Social Inclusion (herein referred to as “GESSI Officer”) to contribute to the design, coordination and implementation of interventions that advance and mainstream GESSI principles within the programs and operations of LEB-CAAP and its civil society partners.

FHI 360 is seeking Grant Officer(s) (junior and/or senior level) to support the LEB-CAAP program. The Grant Officer(s) will report to the Grants Team Leader and be responsible for overall administration of assigned subawards, coordinating with the Technical and MEL teams on grant design and subawardee performance monitoring as well as with Grant Accountants and Finance team on grant spending.

FHI 360 seeks a qualified candidate to serve as the Sr. Team Leader/Rights & Inclusion (STL). Reporting to the Chief of Party, the STL is responsible for designing and delivering technical interventions related to human rights, advocacy, elections and political participation, as well as gender equality and social inclusion. S/he will manage a team of four program staff responsible for the implementation of related interventions and ensure the quality of the project’s overall technical workstream under this component.

FHI 360 seeks a qualified candidate to serve as the Grants Team Leader for LEB-CAAP. Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Party, the Team Leader will be responsible for managing the LEB-CAAP grants team to ensure proper management of the entire grant process and subaward cycle from pre-award to close-out including RFA/RFP design, solicitation processes, evaluation committees, negotiation, preparation of sub-award packages, award execution, subaward management and monitoring, administration and close-out in line with USAID and FHI 360 requirements.

FHI 360 seeks qualified candidates to serve as the Capacity Strengthening Officer II. This person will be overseeing and executing various aspects of the capacity strengthening activities, interventions and grants within the LEB-CAAP program. He/She will be responsible for managing the capacity strengthening framework and interventions, supporting the localization strategy, designing and implementing assessment tools and training curricula, promoting collaboration among civil society actors, ensuring compliance, and actively engaging in institutional strengthening and grants management.

FHI 360 seeks qualified candidates to serve as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer II. This person will contribute to the project’s overall monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, and be responsible for implementing the MEL plan, lead on the gathering, analysis, and reporting of data and the integration of feedback and adjustments into project planning and implementation. The MEL Officer will report to the Senior Team Leader/Capacity Strengthening with specialized technical guidance from FHI 360’s MEL team based in Washington, DC.

Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), FHI 360 seeks a Safeguarding Consultant to support in implementing FHI 360 safeguarding requirements and capacity strengthening for its grantees.

FHI 360 seeks a qualified national candidate to serve as the Deputy Chief of Party, Technical for LEB-CAAP. Reporting to the COP and serving as a member of LEB-CAAP’s senior leadership team, the DCOP-Technical is responsible for designing and delivering interventions related to human rights, advocacy, gender equality, and social inclusion and ensuring the quality of the project’s workstream. S/he will coordinate with LEB-CAAP’s grants, finance and MEL teams on all program activities. S/he will supervise technical teams, liaise with technical partners, stakeholders, beneficiaries and donor.
