FTL is looking for an experienced MSME expert to assist the project coordinator in supporting MSMEs all along the project, ranging from outreach and selection to needs assessment as well as trainings and coachings diversified between Shouf, Aley, Zahle, and Baalbak areas. The expert will be responsible for delivering tailored support to the 10 targeted MSMEs all through the duration of the project.

Looking for a Project Coordinator who will be managing project activities across Lebanon.

The Field Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all FTL (Fair Trade Lebanon) activities in the Shouf-Aley area. This role operates under the guidance and assignments provided by the Project Coordinator and plays a critical role in coordinating and overseeing field operations.

The Procurement Officer oversees the purchasing activities and ensures that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The procurement officer's responsibilities include supervising and maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

The Grants & Partnerships Manager is a key position who ensures effective grants management and due diligence with partners and contribute to strong, trusting and long-term working relations with partners. While managing the Grants & Partnership division, the Grants & Partnerships Manager will invest in the growth and capacity of the Fair Trade Lebanon project portfolio.

The main objective of the project is to support agricultural cooperatives in Deir El Ahmar by reducing operational costs, providing labour, equipment and training to ensure the sustainability of member farmers and their ability to navigate difficult economic situations, ultimately improving the agricultural sector in the region.

The project implemented by Fair Trade Lebanon and People in Need - Slovakia brings the water to key locations by the installation of an irrigation network which enables the cultivation of unused lands and build the capacity of the vulnerable local population and refugees. 
As part of the sustainability of the project, FTL is looking for a consultant to develop a water safety plan for land owners and the cooperative in Qobayat.
