"youth And Municipalities

The work on this program was initiated in mid 2004, and will be carried through till the year 2010, date of the next municipal elections, based on the following:

Forming six training workshops in collaboration with Friedrich Ebert Foundation, on the participation of youth in legislative elections. As a first result, young candidates have led the first municipal elections in Lebanon at the end of the year 2004. Some of them succeeded in reaching municipal councils through the management of their electoral campaign according to the training they received during these workshops.
