Welthungerhilfe (WHH) is a private, non-profit-making, politically independent and non-denominational organization that supports people living in deprivation and poverty, irrespective of the color of their skin, their religious beliefs or their worldview. WHH is working in the fields of development cooperation and humanitarian aid, relief aid, rehabilitation, and reconstruction. The purpose of collecting your data is to streamline communication having accurate and current contact information to ensure affective communication between your company and WHH, facilitate procurement process where your specialty will help us contacting your company, and it will enhance our ability to identify suitable partner/company for specific projects needs,

Under the project “Strengthening the resilience and coping capacities of vulnerable rural population in North and East Lebanon” WHH is looking for an expert to deliver a webinar about “Agro-ecology” to the WHH team, WHH local partner organizations and to the wider interested audience

Under the project “Empowering women and strengthening the resilience of vulnerable rural and urban communities in South Lebanon and Beirut” WHH is looking for an expert to deliver a webinar about “Permaculture” to the WHH team, WHH local partner organizations and to the wider interested audience.

Under the project “Strengthening the resilience and coping capacities of vulnerable rural population in North and East Lebanon” WHH is looking for an expert to deliver a webinar about “Climate mitigation and adaptation approaches for small scale agriculture in Lebanon – presentation of case studies” to the WHH team, WHH local partner organizations and to the wider interested audience.

Background
Welthungerhilfe (WHH) is coordinating a 42 months Program, funded by the German Ministry for Development and Economic Cooperation (BMZ). The purpose of the Program is to ensure that the host and the refugee communities in rural areas have improved their resilience and are able to cope with the economic crisis.

WHH is seeking to contract a local consultant to conduct a TOT for LOST staff on coaching skills for farmers and MSMEs. This will capacitate them to undertake coaching support under its project in Baalbeck-Hermel.

WHH is looking for an expert in climate change & its impact on the agricultural value chains in Lebanon/the Levantine region to deliver a webinar about this topic to WHH team, WHH partners working with us on agriculture related projects and to the wider interested audience.
