Cedar Rehab Center was established in 2014 to provide intensive residential rehabilitation care in the very unique setting of the Lebanese mountains. The project was conceived and developed by a multidisciplinary team of specialists from various professional and personal backgrounds to enable a comprehensive solution for the treatment of addiction. Our program combines a humane approach coupled with scientific, evidence-based techniques, and places emphasis on recovery being a personalized journey unique to each individual.

Cedar Rehab is seeking an experienced and motivated FEMALE Head of Administration to join our team. The location will be in Hammana, Mount Lebanon. The Head of Administration will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the administrative department, with a focus on day-to-day operations and interacting with the operations team. This includes intercepting phone calls from potential patients and their families and answering their questions in a professional and informative manner.

The main duties of this role are to provide good quality support to service users. To carry out duties in line with organizational policies and procedure.
• Support Residence in their recovery journey
• Night shifts
• Enforce Rehabilitation Rules
• Provide Therapeutic Group meeting (confrontation, Feelings Groups etc...)
• Listen to and guide residents through their challenges
• Being a Role model and teacher
