The individual in this role will ensure the success of the Amideast Lebanon Finance and Grant Manager. He/She will managing accounting, finance and grant process; supporting the Country Director to achieve financial targets and ensure continued growth of all programs; and handling responsibilities as a member of the management team at AMIDEAST/Lebanon.

The Program Associate would be part of the program team responsible for ensuring Amideast’s successful implementation of all current programs for the Entrepreneurship and Professional Development department, implemented in Beirut and around Lebanon.

The successful candidate will be based in the Middle East and North Africa region and will be an integral member of the Advising and Testing team based at Amideast Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The incumbent will support the online and paper test administrations that take place virtually or in computer labs and offices throughout the Middle East and North Africa region under the auspices of Amideast, ensuring the integrity of all testing programs.

The position will serve as the point of contact for a project launched by the USAID-funded Trade and Investment Facilitation (TIF) activity, implemented by Amideast and focused on digital marketing for hotels.
